What we collect

When you fill in the contact or booking form, we receive: your name, your email, your phone (if given), your dates, your group size, and the content of your message.

Why

To reply to you. That's it. No data is used for marketing, resold, or shared with third parties beyond the technical sub-processors listed below.

Technical sub-processors

• Formspree (USA, EU servers available): form processing, transmission to the owner.
• Namecheap (shared hosting): site hosting and server logs.
• Google Analytics 4 (if enabled): anonymised audience stats, IP truncated.

Retention

Requests not followed by a booking: 12 months. Confirmed bookings: legal accounting period (10 years for supporting documents in Morocco).

Your rights

Under GDPR and law 09-08, you have rights of access, rectification, portability, objection, and erasure. To exercise these rights, write to hello@naturophile.ma — reply within 30 days.

Cookies
