Rental licences and authorisations

Thuya House and Medina House are operated as tourist rentals in compliance with Moroccan legislation, in particular law no. 80-14 on tourist establishments and alternative forms of tourist accommodation, together with its implementing regulations.

Each property holds the operating authorisation required by the competent authorities. Supporting documents are provided on request to the authorities and, where relevant, to guests.

As required by law, guests are registered with the local authorities. Valid photo ID is requested on arrival for every adult.

Intellectual property

The entire site (text, photographs, layout, code) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Personal data

Personal data collected on this site is processed under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and the EU GDPR for European visitors.
